Mooseheart’s Christmas season is usually filled with plenty of sparkling lights. Mooseheart’s annual Holiday Lights show usually features more lights than in the past year.
The show, featuring a 1.8-mile lighted tour of the century-old campus, will operate from 5 to 9 p.m. from from late November to December 31. Tickets are $10 a vehicle, with 3-D glasses available to further enhance the show available for $1 a pair. The entrance to the campus is on Route 31, just north of Mooseheart Road. The show will feature more than 90 displays, including a giant light tunnel and custom-built light displays, larger-than-life holiday characters and architectural lighting coordinated with music throughout the campus. Santa will be at Mooseheart’s Fieldhouse on selected nights. The visits are included with the car admission price.
The event also is a way for Mooseheart to educate the public about what it does. Mooseheart Child City and School, located between North Aurora and Batavia, is a community and school for children and teens in need.
All of the proceeds support Mooseheart Child City and School.
All proceeds will be directed to Mooseheart’s operating budget and provide for high quality residential care and academic/vocational training that our children need.
You can experience the Holiday Lights at Mooseheart every night the end of November through December 31 from 5pm until 9pm.
